When on RaproCell, keep a good company of fruits and vegetables. Take yourself on a walk as often as possible. Exercise regularly and eat fresh.
● Eat a lot of dark green leafy vegetables. We recommend about six servings a day and one or two fruits in the morning.
● When possible, go on a detox diet for a day in a week. Take only fluids like fruit juices and healthy milk options and the recommended dose of RaproCell.
Not To Dos
● Refrain from eating most meats while on this protocol as we want your body to have as much energy as possible for healing and not spent on foods difficult to digest.
● Cut out all processed and “white” foods such as white bread, pasta, potatoes, rice, sugar etc. instead use brown rice, brown sugar, whole grain pasta etc.
